At the 2023 New York World Wine & Spirits Competition, we won the Akagisan centrifugally squeezed pure rice daiginjo "Kurohiki" Gold Award.We are very happy that we were able to receive the gold award in 2023 from last year's silver award, and that the chief brewer, brewer, and employees were able to win this award together, and it gives us the strength to continue to work hard to create sake that is loved by everyone. For the sake Akagisan, the GunmaMidori-shi Sake Rice Promotion Council and other local communities have collaborated to utilize abandoned farmland to cultivate sake rice has been on sale since 2018. This year, we are also commercializing 300ml amazake, making use of our main business of brewing sake, and doing business that contributes to the local community. "We are striving to be a company that is loved as a local sake maker with close ties to the community." We feel honored to have been selected as a "regional future driving company" and will continue to make corporate efforts every day.

1.Realization of high value-added products by advancing the sake brewing process
We manufacture high-quality sake with centrifugal separation and achieve high added value.
2. Cultivate overseas markets through market-oriented product development
By building a network with overseas exhibitions and overseas customers and analyzing customer needs, we are utilizing it for market-oriented product development.
3. Contribute to the creation of local employment and the achievement of SDGs with all Gunma / all Midori-shi local sake "Yamamurasaki"
The sake brewing rice "Maikaze" researched and developed at the Gunma Agricultural Guidance Center was planted in leftover cultivation, and sake was brewed using the "Gunma KAZE yeast" developed at the Prefectural Industrial Technology Center.
By using the work "Tanpopo" by Tomihiro Hoshino, a poet and painter from the city, as a label, we will realize all Midori-shi production and build a sales channel for the product. I am contributing.
