Akagisan Jummai Sparkling "shalala" 300ml
Akagisan "Shoma" Kijoshu 500ml
Akagisan "Shoma" 500ml now on sale!
This is a product that uses "Gohyakumangoku" rice suitable for sake brewing and uses "Kijoshu-shikomi", which is the origin of the ancient sake brewing method. "Kijoshu" is the process of preparing "moromi", which is indispensable for sake brewing, and is a luxurious sake that is brewed with sake instead of water. The sweet and rich taste is very elegant, and it is characterized by its amber color and "thickness". Therefore, like sherry and noble rot wine, it is often enjoyed as an after-dinner drink. "Kijoshu" has a strong image of long-term aging, but there is also a fresh new sake type. Those that have been aged for a short time have a lighter liquid color and a slightly refreshing taste. This time it will be a slightly refreshing taste of the new sake type. Shoma is the name of a flower that blooms in Akagisan. Liquor that adds flowers to the night like the flowers that bloom in Akagisan. The package is designed with white flowers (shoma) and the traditional lace fabric of Kiryu City with Akagisan as a motif, and you can feel the connection. You can enjoy the beautiful scent of flowers and the afterglow of sweetness. Although this product has been heated, we recommend storing it in a refrigerator or cellar at temperatures below 15°C. Limited edition of 500 bottles.
